Quality Painting Contractors, LLC is looking for 2 motivated, dependable, and professional painters with at least 2 years experience with residential painting. We are a small yet busy and growing company that needs knowledgeable painters who are eager to work and have an eye for detail. Pay is determined on experience and job performance.

Candidates must have:

• A strong work ethic, character, and a positive attitude
• Valid Driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable cell phone
• Basic Painter’s tools
• Painter’s whites (shirts will be provided to you)

Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Equipment set-up & tear-down (scaffolding, ladders, airless)
• Prep surfaces (pressure washing, cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking, masking)
• Paint surfaces (rollers, brushes, airless)

Skills Needed:

• Positions are physically demanding and requires full mobility which includes the ability to walk, sit, stand, stoop, climb, push, pull, bend, and squat for varying lengths of time.
• You must be able to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more with the assistance of others frequently.
• Must be able to climb and stand on ladders for long periods of time.
• Must be able to climb up various heights on all types of ladders to reach rooftops, etc.
• Solid knowledge of painting techniques.
• Aptitude in using appropriate tools.
• Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on various surfaces and environments that include confined spaces.
• Observant with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors, year-round in various weather conditions.

candidates must maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which include walking, climbing, standing, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, heavy lifting, or similar actives for extended periods of time.
